Aditya Sudhanshu drives Peakamp's strategic growth by seamlessly blending vision and execution in the dynamic end-of-life battery management sector. Committed to sustainability and long-term value creation, Aditya sets the tone for Peakamp's mission to support OEMs and recyclers with cutting-edge battery management solutions.

Co-founder
Aditya Prakash is a supply chain and procurement expert with 3+ years of experience in the end-of-life lithium-ion battery ecosystem. At BatX Energies, he played a key role in setting up one of India's largest hydrometallurgy facilities, leading procurement optimization, vendor negotiations, and export operations. At Peakamp, he drives sustainable recycling initiatives and advances circular economy solutions across the EV battery value chain.

Co-founder
An IIM Raipur Gold Medalist, he brings together corporate leadership, startup execution, and public-sector engagement. After stints at KPMG and ICICI Bank, he led the CEO's Office at Eros Now and now leverages strong government and institutional relationships to drive strategy, policy alignment, and public–private partnerships.
